Reservation made with credit card only
The booking service is FREE OF CHARGE, but it´s necessary to send us your credit card details (JUST to guarantee your reservation). For those without credit card, reservation MUST be made ONLY by email or fax. We have the right to abandon reservations, if the given credit card information is incorrect.
The credit card will be charged "IF NO SHOW"
Please note your credit card will be charged if you do not give us a 15 days notice (1 week in case of 1 week reservation) of cancellation. The amount charged will be equivalent to the amount of the first week´s reservation (first 2 days in case of 1 week reservation).
CANCELLATION POLICY
The reservations can be cancelled until 15 days (7 days in case of 1 week reservation) before the arrival without no penalty; in the contrary case it will come only debited the first week (2 days in case of 1 week reservation) as penalty.
Other important things to know
At our property check-in is possible until 7:00 PM ("19:00" in 24 hour clock). The rooms are not free until 3:00 PM. Check-out time is at 11:00 AM.
